Life is busy. Therefor I have not written a blog in awhile. Between work, homework and class I don't know where my days go. I had to wake up at 6 a.m. to do my wash before class this morning. I also had to finish some homework because I ran out of time yesterday.
I guess I would have more time for homework but I choose to do something for myself each night so I don't lose my mind. I go to the gym for an hour and a half or two hours a night. I love it! I work out and watch television at the gym and am kind of becoming addicted. I've lost five pounds this week!
I've also stopped eating at ungodly hours of the night. Eating dinner at 9 p.m. is ridiculous and I will no longer commit that crime. Even if tempted to by acquaintances.

2 1/2 hours! Holy cow, girl!!!! do you do cardio, or lifting, or both?
ReplyDeletePlease lend me your will power. I always find myself eating dinner late and snacking. My mom just sent me Gold's Gym cardio for the Wii and I think I'm addicted already.
ReplyDeleteAlso, kudos to you for taking time for yourself every day! So many of my classmates are stressed out because all they do is school. I would go insane if that's all I did!
I do cardio for about and hour and a half then some weight machines.
